  When I was on the road my wife knew that if she had car trouble, they would and were right there to help her. This was a great relief to me, knowing they were available and trustworthy. ase in point: one morning my wife got in our F 150 to go shopping. When she tried to start the truck, there was an explosion under the hood. She put in a distress call to J & A, and the owner was there in minutes. The battery had expoded, he used our garden hose to wash out the acid, and then asked my wife if she wanted him to get a new battery or wait till I got home to do it. When dropping off my car or pickup for service they always offer to take me home, and then deliver the vehicle when it's finished. I have never been high pressured or given the hard sell on any service they offered

  From the first time I took my car into this shop, they have always been fair and honest about repairs. I don't think twice about not taking it to them. I have had oil pan gaskets repaired, rear differential bearings, shocks/struts, front wheel bearings, brakes, transmission services, used vehicle inspections, a/c work, window motor replacement. I strongly recommend them to anyone that is in need of repairs done.
